Boston Celtics release full summer list of polish squad including NBA veteran

The Celtics Summer Leagues team is gradually coming together, including some familiar names that fans should recognize. While the C’s aren’t bringing out lottery or even first-round picks because those assets have been sold away, there are some intriguing names. Assistant Tony Dobbins will coach the team.

According to Adam Himmelsbach of the Boston Globe, 2022 draftee JD Davison and 38th pick Jordan Walsh are both anticipated to be on the roster. Guard Justin Champaigne, who was signed last season, and guard Kamar Baldwin of the Maine Celtics will also be in Las Vegas for Summer League, which runs from July 7 to July 17.

Aleksander Balcerowski, a 7-foot-1 center, will also be on the roster, according to Himmelsbach. Balcerowski, 22, averaged 9.2 points and 3.4 rebounds for Gran Canaria last season, according to ProBallers. In addition, NBA veteran Mychal Mulder, who has played in 84 career NBA games with the Magic, Heat, and Warriors, has joined.
