Moscardo joined Corinthians youth set-up in 2017 and went onto make his senior debut in Brazil in July 2023.
The 17-year-old has now made 14 senior appearances and has attracted interest from the Premier League, with Chelsea previously trying to sign him.
The report claims that the London club bid £17.4 million plus £1.7m in add-ons for Moscardo, however the Corinthians turned them down and Chelsea eventually cooled their interest.
The Brazilian outfit will demand at least €30m (£26m) for Moscardo, with Chelsea expected to go back in for him during the January transfer window.

However, the Blues will have some competition this time round and Everton are said to be one club that are eager to snap him up. The report also claims that Barcelona are considering a move for the teenager.
Will Everton battle for Gabriel Moscardo?
It is thought that the Premier League clubs have so far been put off by his hefty price tag, though Chelsea could well match it if they are looking to try again in the new year.It is unclear what Everton have included in their approach, though it would be surprising to see them cough up such a fee.
Sean Dyche’s side certainly won’t want to get into a battle with the likes of Chelsea and Newcastle United, who would both breeze past Everton in a bidding war. Barcelona may also be a very tempting destination for Moscardo, though their financial situation may also make it difficult for them.
However, the Toffees may well be hoping their takeover is completed by the January transfer window and then perhaps their potential new owners will be able to inject some cash into their kitty.
