Report Daniel Levy makes admission over Tottenham buyback clause in Harry Kane deal this morning

Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy has revealed that they included a buyback clause in the deal which saw Harry Kane move to Bayern Munich.

Kane left Spurs after 19 years at the club this summer to join the German giants in a deal worth around £100m.

The England captain has scored four in his first four Bundesliga outings with Bayern, and also found the net for his country against Scotland last week.

Now, Kane and his Bayern teammates are preparing to face one of the clubs who had been heavily linked with him over the past few years – Manchester United.

However, speaking at a fan forum on Tuesday, Levy has revealed that Spurs have the option to buy Kane back in the future.

Levy did not go into any minor details, simply stating: “There is a buyback clause.”
