Nottingham Forest are now pushing to sign Chelsea defender Malang Sarr before the transfer window closes on Friday

The Reds are pushing the boat out this week and the Blues player is the latest to be linked.

According to Foot Mercato, the Reds could sign the Chelsea player on a free transfer. The Blues have been very active this summer and it looks unlikely that Sarr will feature much under Mauricio Pochettino.

The 24-year-old has failed to make his mark at Chelsea. He signed for the club from Nice back in 2020 but has since been out on loan with Porto and Monaco.

Sarr has played just 21 times for Chelsea since signing for the club. He’s now looking to move on and ultimately, the Stamford Bridge-based outfit now want him gone.
