Newcastle United are interested in signing Chelsea left-back Lewis Hall ahead of Crystal Palace.
Hall was set to sign a six-year contract with Chelsea before joining Palace on loan, but Newcastle are interested in signing the 18-year-old.
Chelsea’s Marc Cucurella and Arsenal’s Kierney, who is wanted by Real Sociedad, have also been mentioned.
Hall has made 17 first-team appearances for Chelsea since breaking into the first squad during the 2021-22 season.
Last season, he was voted Chelsea’s academy player of the year.
However, his playing time at Stamford Bridge this season appeared to be restricted, with Mauricio Pochettino fielding Ben Chilwell, Cucurella, and Ian Maatsen at left defender.
He can also play in midfield, and his versatility might be a big help to the Eagles this season.
The 18-year-old has represented England at all levels, from under-15 to under-21.
