Leicester City’s team is undeniably poorer after the departures of Harvey Barnes and James Maddison in recent weeks, but the latter might be replaced by Manchester United youngster Hannibal Mejbri.
Hannibal Mejbri has played how many games for Manchester United?
Mejbri joined United in 2019 as part of a €5 million (£4.3 million) deal with Monaco, which was regarded as a major coup for the Red Devils at the time, considering that he was also wanted by Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich.
However, the now-20-year-old has only appeared three times for United, all of which have come in the Premier League.
Last season, the Tunisian international was given the opportunity to demonstrate his abilities on loan with Championship club Birmingham City, and he could return to England’s second division this season.
According to Noussour, United are considering loaning Mejbri out again, and three clubs have indicated interest: Leicester, Luton Town, and an undisclosed club.
Mejbri wants to join a squad where he knows he will be given minutes, which Leicester can provide in the second division, and he will now take his time making a choice on his future.
Hannibal Mejbri, how excellent is he?
