The fee Nottingham Forest spent to buy Callum Hudson-Odoi from Chelsea this summer has been revealed, and they got a steal! On transfer deadline day, the Reds signed the winger to conclude his affiliation with the Blues.
According to The Telegraph, the Reds secured a fantastic deal for the player who has represented England. He is thought to have cost the club under £3 million, which is quite impressive.
Hudson-Odoi made his debut for Chelsea. He put on several impressive performances and was once courted by Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund.
He’s lost his way in recent years. A bad Achilles injury hampered his progress, and Mauricio Pochettino decided to cash in on the youngster, who is still only 22 years old, this summer.
Hudson-Odoi has previously received praise. Frank Lampard has described him as “incredible,” and he hopes to advance his career during his time at Forest.

The Reds signing Hudson-Odoi is insane. He may be a terrific addition if Steve Cooper can get him in the proper frame of mind and produce the form he did at Chelsea a few years back.
