According to journalist Pieter-Jan Calcoen, Amuzu is a goal for both clubs, as well as Nice of France. He has stated that “at least one” of the previously mentioned clubs is preparing a proposal.
“Anderlecht’s Francis Amuzu is a target for Leeds, Luton Town, and OGC Nice,” he tweeted. There is no definite offer yet, but one of the three clubs is working on one.”
Amuzu, 23, is a regular for Anderlecht, having made 50 appearances in all competitions for the Belgian club previous season. He made his Lotto Park debut as a teenager in 2017 and has since established himself as an important role at the club.
Amuzu plays on the left wing, and Leeds have many of alternatives out wide right now. However, a number of their widemen have been connected with moves away from West Yorkshire, including Crysencio Summerville and Jack Harrison.
