Tottenham Hotspur are interested in Galatasaray duo Victor Nelsson and Sacha Boey, according to journalist Zeki Uzundurukan (06/07/23, as cited by GS Gazete and Sport Witness).
Multiple Turkish sites have hyped the potential of Tottenham swooping for Nelsson in recent weeks, with Aksam even stating earlier this week that the Lilywhites were ready to beat Arsenal and Atalanta to the centre-back’s signing.
The publication stated that after Spurs’ original offer of €22 million (£18.7 million) was turned away, Ange Postecoglou’s side chose to satisfy the Dane’s €25 million (£21.34 million) release clause.
Uzundurukan has now suggested that it is not just Nelsson who is on Tottenham’s radar but also right-back Sacha Boey.
According to the writer, Galatasaray vice president Erden Timur recently visited London and spoke with Spurs about their interest in the two.
He claims that the Turkish giants are seeking a combined cost of €50 million (£42.6 million) for the two players.
