According to a recent report, Everton are the frontrunners in the hunt to sign Leeds United winger Wilfried Gnonto. The Toffees are said to be up against Fiorentina, Monza, and Sassuolo in the race to sign the Italian star this summer.
Gnonto had a good season at Elland Road but was unable to assist the Whites avoid relegation from the Premier League. Last season, the Italian wide player scored four goals and provided four assists in 28 games for the West Yorkshire club in various tournaments.
In Premier League games, the 19-year-old drew the eye at times in the final third, averaging 0.9 shots, 0.9 important passes, and 0.9 dribbles per game.
