Shocking as Nottingham Forest’s 25-years-old massive defender arrives for pre-season training

Omar Richards, a forgotten Nottingham Forest player, has been sighted returning to training. After suffering a hairline fracture to his shin shortly after signing for the club, the left-back did not play in his first City Ground season.
