The links between Bayern Munich and Tottenham Hotspur star Harry Kane were scorching hot just a few days ago, but things have cooled off recently.
So, what’s the deal?
Kane is supposedly on vacation until July 12th, so nothing is expected to happen for around two weeks. However, according to Sport Bild journalist Christian Falk, Bayern Munich’s pecking order for strikers is clear, and the club will continue this road if a bid for Kane is thwarted.
According to Falk (as caught by @iMiaSanMia), here is Bayern Munich’s list:
Kane being the first pick with Victor Osimhen as the backup is not surprising, nor is the inclusion of Dusan Vlahovi and Randal Kolo Muani as backups. However, none of these strikers are a lock to play at the Allianz Arena anytime soon. While all four are purportedly available, each poses a considerable hurdle to completing a transaction.
