According to the source, Spurs may be hesitant to move due to Maguire’s £190,000 per week contract at Manchester United; however, a loan move might emerge as a feasible possibility for the 30-year-old during the summer window.
According to ESPN, both Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United have been approached about acquiring Maguire, with Erik Ten Hag thought to be willing to let go of his club captain.
In a recent interview, Ten Hag said of Maguire’s future, “I’m happy he’s here… it’s also a decision he has to make [because] nobody would be happy with this situation.”

Maguire has his detractors, to be sure; yet, he has demonstrated tremendous mental toughness over the last year or so and would provide an experienced head in the Spurs backline if he were to join them the Lilywhite.
